There are some things that you just shouldn't do, like horseplay around a campfire, put your face right up to a strange dog, or poke giant anacondas with sticks. I don't know what this guy was thinking. He was probably one of those kids who, when someone told him not to touch something, would go and touch it anyway. The snake is going to react exactly how you think it's going to react, but it'll scare you anyway. Or, it scared me, at least.
