At the Detroit Motor Show 2015 Honda organized American debut for ecological prototype Honda FCV Concept hydrogen engine. The appearance of the car is characterized by smooth lines. The vehicle is equipped with a special transmission with compact dimensions, thanks to which the space in the cabin is increased.
Place for the tank, where the hydrogen pressure is high volume and therefore Honda FCV Concept is capable to overcome distance of more than 700 km. Recharging takes about three minutes.
First car was introduced in Japan in November 2014, after which the company announced an investment in the amount of $ 13.8 million in the creation of additional hydrogen charging stations in the US state of California. Exiting the model in series in Japan is scheduled for March 2016.
